InterFaithways is a non-profit that supports interfaith couples and families. They desired a fully interactive web site that would provide timely resources and news about upcoming events, in addition to bringing their contact database online. Content2zero used open source customer relationship management software that integrated with other aspects of the site.
InterFaithways has a small staff, with some working from both home and office. Having their constituent's information locked in desktop computers at the office was not efficient. They needed to have web access to their database, but they needed to make sure it was secure. In addition, Interfaithways wanted to make their static site dynamic, with up-to-date event listings and resources, which their staff would be able to organize and control.
Content2zero provided an integrated solution using the CiviCRM open source constituent relationship management software, which has a version created specifically for integrating into Drupal web sites.
