Setting Up a Drupal Site at the Command -- For Beginners

This video... which is somewhat a work in progress... presumes that beginners can attempt the command line. It is so much faster, and the basics are easy. Most documentation for beginners of Drupal assume users will not be using a command line.

The video also walks you through installing Drush, the Drupal command line utility. Drush saves so much time and is so easy to use, but is a little tricky to install if you new to the command line. The existing Drush howto install videos go very quickly and are confusing for beginners. This video is really slow.

I also make a lot of use of Screenflow's ability to zoom in precisely on the part of the video you want people to focus on.
